2. Return & Exchange Overview
Return Eligibility: You may return any item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked shipping method and keep the receipt until your return is processed.
Condition Requirements: To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition with tags attached
Free from damage, stains, or odors
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Support team at support@sejods.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
We’ll provide a return label and address.
Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Exclusions:
Sale items marked “Final Sale” are non‑returnable.
Items showing signs of wear or without tags will be subject to a denial of refund.
3. Refunds
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If items are returned in poor condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return entirely.
4. Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct size exchanges. For sizing issues, simply return the original item (according to our return policy) and place a new order for your preferred size.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Attach a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs for incorrect/damaged shipments.
