Professional insurance

Current CSP member evidence confirms cover from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027: medical professional liability of £7.5 million per claim and public liability of £10 million per occurrence, subject to policy terms, conditions, exclusions and eligibility. Employer's liability and cyber insurance are verified separately where applicable to the contract.

Lone working, health and safety, business continuity, infection prevention and control, equality, modern slavery and environmental policies.

06 · Contract performance

Referral-to-assessment time, accepted and completed cases, report turnaround, implementation rate, reassessment outcomes, released care hours, incidents and complaints.
