Remain alert to abuse, neglect, self-neglect, exploitation, unsafe practice and changes in risk.

Listen, preserve evidence, avoid promises of secrecy and take proportionate immediate action.

Report

Follow the agreed local safeguarding route, record facts and escalate concerns to the designated lead.
