1
Optimised Handling: what is storedThe plans chosen, the clinician's edits, the client reference code (an organisation reference or initials, never a name, date of birth or address), the clinician account that saved it, the plan code, the number of views and the read-acknowledgements carers record.
2
Optimised Handling: who can open itAnyone with the plan code can read the plan without an account. Codes are sent by the clinician to the responsible care agency only. The clinician who saved the plan can see the access log; Thrive administrators can see saved plans for support and audit.
3
Optimised Handling: retentionPlans and their codes expire 12 months after the last save and are deleted; a clinician can re-save to renew. Client reference codes and plans kept in a clinician's own browser stay on that device until removed.
